Can I also pick up my order?
No, it is not possible to pick up the order.

When will my item be delivered?
Is the item in stock and did you order before 5pm on weekdays? In most cases you will receive it the next day.

Partial delivery
If you place an order that consists of multiple products, it may sometimes be that this order is not immediately available in its entirety. We will only send the order when it can be delivered in its entirety. Do you need one of the products sooner? Please let us know.

Can I specify a time that I want my package to be delivered?
Most packages are sent via PostNL. Unfortunately, we cannot specify delivery times at PostNL. Your package can therefore be offered all day. Small products will of course fit through the letterbox.

What are the shipping costs?
No shipping costs are charged for shipping within the Netherlands and Belgium. For orders to countries in the EU, 12.95 is charged for shipping.
